College is tougher than high shcool

I was in a bit of shock after the first week in college. I noticed the workload piling up! Wow! I need to really get organized, and i have to start managing my time better. I can achieve this i think that college would get easier on me. The only problem for me is i have never been organized, somehow i get everything done in my head by prioritizing assignments, work, projects, im not sure that would be a smart method fo me now that im in college. College is too expensive for me to fail. I was reading this one book taht came with my school suplies called the The Art Student Survival Guide by Jeffrey K Otto, that is very interesting and helpful book but Ill need to put the effort to survive in that school.
